The Brewery apprenticeship offers learners the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge required to progress onwards and upwards in the brewery industry.

Overview

Strive Training’s Brewing Apprenticeships are work-based training programmes where companies provide current and new employees with the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required by the sector.

UK employers are enthusiastically taking advantage of apprenticeship programmes in order to recruit and/or upskill staff members and increase productivity.

A Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification is available, which take up to 12 months to complete.

Modules

Apprenticeship qualifications are completely bespoke to the specific needs of your business and employees. We’ll help you choose from over 200 available units, such as:

  • Control fermentation in brewing
  • Control kegging in brewing
  • Monitor food hygiene standards using rapid test methods in operations
  • Work effectively with others in food operations
  • Principles of marketing beer
  • Principles of extractions and distillation

Functional skills: English and Maths, along with other qualifications are also included within the apprenticeship.
