Customer Service

The Customer Service apprenticeship offers learners the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge required to progress onwards and upwards.

 

Overview

These customer service qualifications offer the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge required to confirm competence at work in customer service related roles. Learners can qualify in areas as diverse as retail, sales, customer-care and hospitality.

The broad menu of skills and knowledge within the qualifications can be chosen to reflect the role, responsibilities and development needs of learners.

Modules

Level 2 Apprenticeship qualifications last up to 12 months. It consists of the following:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
  • Qualifications in other work related areas (for example, Contact Centres, Sales, Social Media, Team Leading, Administration, Retail and other technical sectors).
  • Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading
  • Level 3 Diploma in Management

Level 3 Apprenticeship qualifications last up to 18 months. It consists of the following:

  • Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service
  • Qualifications in other work related areas (for examples Contact Centres, Sales, Social Media, Team Leading, Administration, Retail and other technical sectors)
  • ILM Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management
  • Level 3 Diploma in Management
  • Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
