Learning and Development

Strive Training’s Learning and Development apprenticeships are work-based training programmes where companies provide current and new employees with the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required by the sector.

UK employers are enthusiastically taking advantage of apprenticeship programmes in order to recruit and/or upskill staff members and increase productivity.

Level 3 and Level 4 Apprenticeships Qualifications are available.

Overview

This Level 3 Learning and Development apprenticeship gives students the skills, knowledge and confidence for a career in general teaching and training. Working closely with expert assessors with experience in the teaching industry, students will learn how to plan and prepare training programmes, and advise and assess learners.  

Framework

Funding band: £2,500

Length: Minimum 12 months

  • Develop and prepare resources for learning and development
  • Facilitate learning and development in groups
  • Facilitate learning and development for individuals
  • Engage learners in the learning and development process
  • Reflect on and improve own practice in learning and development
  • Evaluate and improve learning and development provision
  • Understanding the principles and practices of assessment
  • Assess occupational competence in the work environment
  • Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding
