Strive Training is dedicated to supporting learners into work through local employers, including:


Dunelm recruiters will visit Strive Training to meet learners and promote careers with the company. They will provide slots for guaranteed assessment/interviews.

Once the course is completed, learners will attend an assessment, shadow current employees, meet the team, undertake an exercise and have their guaranteed interviews.


Beafeater recruiters will visit Strive Training to meet learners and present career opportunities. They will conduct a group exercise and invite suitable candidates for a guaranteed interview after course has been completed.


Learners will be screened by Strive Training, who will then personally forward  CVs/application forms to a specialist Costco Recruiting Manager will then give learners an interview an interview if suitable.
