Strive Training has added another brand-new advanced qualification to our growing provision with a Level 3 course in Health and Social Care.

This new four-week course equips learners with an understanding of equality, diversity and rights in health and social care, as well as a focus on human growth and development. 

On completion, learners will earn a Level 3 Award in Adult Health and Social Care from the awarding body NCFE.

As a sector-based work academy programme (SWAP), learners will also be offered a guaranteed job interview with one of Strive Training’s partner employers in the healthcare sector. These include Lifeways Group, GrandNanny, Optalis, and Calcot Services for Children.
