As 2025 comes to a close, we’ve been taking a moment to look back — not just at the numbers, but at the people and partnerships behind them.
This year was about steady progress. Showing up. Doing the work. And helping people move forward, one step at a time.
Thanks to the continued support of our partners, this year:
4,504 learners completed courses with Strive Training, gaining practical skills, confidence and direction.
408 people moved directly into work, starting new jobs and building more secure futures for themselves and their families.
952 learners shared their feedback, giving us an outstanding 4.8 out of 5 rating and keeping Strive among the highest-rated providers for helping people back into work.
Behind every statistic is a real person — someone who took a chance, stayed the course, and made a change.
None of this happens in isolation. Our work depends on strong partnerships — with referral organisations, employers, councils and community groups who trust us with the people they support.
That trust matters. And we don’t take it lightly.
Together, we’re not just delivering training. We’re creating routes back into work, restoring confidence, and helping people feel hopeful about what comes next.
As we head into the new year, our focus remains the same: practical learning, supportive delivery, and clear pathways into employment.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together — and excited for what’s still to come.
Here’s to another year of helping people move forward.
