At Strive Training, we were thrilled to host our inspiring Big Breakfast Showcase event at New City College in January, bringing together job centres, the local council, and key community partners to launch an exciting suite of transformative training programs.
Each of our new courses, including our Preparing for Caring SWAP, All-Star Hospitality, and Entrepreneurship Essentials, are designed to empower Hackney residents with essential skills for employment and personal growth.
The event was attended by Cllr Carole Williams, New City College’s Gerry McDonald CBE (CEO) and Katie Stafford (Deputy Principal), alongside learners and employers who spoke about the life-changing impact of Strive Training’s Hackney council-funded programmes.
“Our breakfast event was a resounding success,” says Johnny Phillips, Managing Director of Strive Training. “We are proud to collaborate with partners across Hackney to offer programmes that not only build skills but also open doors to meaningful long term employment opportunities. Together, we’re creating pathways to success for residents who need it most.”
Our event photographer captured lovely photos of the event, which can be viewed here.
Further details about our Hackney courses along with their content and eligibility criteria can be found on the individual course pages linked above.
