We’re pleased to share that Strive Training has been awarded Excellence level accreditation under the Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard — the highest level of this independent employment benchmark.
The Mayor’s Good Work Standard sets out what good employment looks like in practice. It recognises organisations that go beyond minimum requirements and embed high standards across how they support, develop and treat their people.

Launched by the Mayor of London, the Good Work Standard assesses employers across four key pillars:
Accreditation at Excellence level is awarded only where strong employment practices are consistently embedded across the organisation — not simply documented in policies.
Excellence level is the highest recognition available under the Standard. It reflects independent assessment that an organisation is:
For partners, learners and stakeholders, this provides reassurance that Strive Training operates with stability, consistency and care — particularly as we continue to grow and deliver at scale.
As part of the accreditation process, the Mayor’s panel highlighted several areas of strength at Strive Training, including:
This feedback reflects the importance we place on creating a supportive, well-managed environment for our team.
At Strive Training, we believe that the quality of what we deliver externally is inseparable from how we operate internally.
Strong employment standards help us to build stable teams, reduce disruption, and focus our energy on delivering high-quality training and support for learners. They also help ensure that the organisations we work with experience reliable delivery and fewer operational surprises.
Our Good Work Standard accreditation is valid for four years, with annual updates required to ensure standards are maintained. We see this not as a one-off achievement, but as part of an ongoing commitment to being a responsible employer and a trusted partner.
We’re proud to be recognised at Excellence level and remain firmly committed to maintaining and strengthening these standards as we continue our work across London and beyond.
