Rana Haddad has worked as a Nursery Practitioner, and was looking to expand her knowledge in the field of education. Specifically, she wanted to learn more about the phenomenon of bullying.

Rana enrolled in the Level 2 ‘Awareness of Bullying in Children and Young People’ online course. She has now completed the qualification, and was impressed with the flexible learning experience. “Learning remotely is a very good idea. You can learn during your own time, and at your own place.” Rana also appreciated the support she received from her assessor. “I always felt very engaged with my assessor’s quick responses, and the amazingly clear feedback.”

Rana expanded her knowledge about bullying, learning how to support young victims and knowing more about what drives others to bully. She learnt about relevant legislations, and is looking forward to practically applying this knowledge. “It’s been great – I recommend this qualification to everyone!”
