The team at Strive Training is excited to reveal the launch of a brand-new Level 3 course aimed at taking new entrepreneurs to the next level.

Our Management Skills and Knowledge course is the natural next step for learners who have completed our Level 2 course in Creating a Business Start-Up.

Learners can expect to master the practical skills required to manage an organisation including how to communicate effectively, build relationships, manage projects and lead a team in any industry.

Strive Training’s Managing Director Jonny Phillips explains, “We know how intimidating it can be to manage a business, which is why we developed this course – to give learners with a penchant for entrepreneurship an option to go beyond the basics.”

In addition to the practical skills and knowledge gained, learners will earn a nationally accredited Level 3 qualification.

Starting on 18 March 2024, this three-week online course allows learners to study from the comfort of their own homes.
