Course Content

U1
By the end of this unit, you will understand stock control and the procedures for moving, storing and replenishing stock.
U2
In this unit, you will look at the variety of problems that may arise in a place of work, how they can be solved, and the recognition of possible solutions to a specific problem.
U3
During this unit, you will understand the characteristics of a good working team, appreciating the strengths and contributions of different people.
U4
In this unit, you will learn about the sorting of goods and materials for recycling. This includes how to identify problems with the recycling or disposal of goods and materials.
U5
During this unit, you will learn about the movement and handling of goods, including manual handling, as well as identifying hazards that might occur during the safe moving or handling of goods.
U6
In this final unit, you will learn how to check the safety of work areas and equipment to be used, ensuring that goods match information specifications and that goods are unloaded safely in accordance with instructions.

Your role will be to deliver goods to our customers with exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with our customers, demonstrating flexibility and integrity, whilst being legally compliant in your duties. This job may entail working with heavy products and could involve lifting.

Job Requirements:

The role of a delivery driver requires a person with a scrupulous approach to health and safety, and who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Willingness to be flexible and high standards of personal and food hygiene are required. The Delivery Driver should always aim to exceed customer expectations and be able to use initiative to deal calmly with unexpected situations. A Driver Assessment will be required for this role.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications:

Clean and Full Driving License.

  • Salary Frequency: Hourly
  • Hours of Work: PM Hours, 12pm to 3pm start time, 8pm-11pm finish time. Part time only contracts available with up to 4 shifts (including at least a Saturday or a Sunday). Days of work include Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday. A Full UK manual license is required
